After working for AT&T for more than 30 years, Mike began appraising in early 1991. After working with other valuation firms he formed AM Appraisals, Inc. with business partner Mike Armentrout. He has extensive experience with FHA appraisal work and has performed assignments in several Ohio counties. Mike is also an expert in the Marion County area where he is also a member of the Marion Board of Realtors.
