Mike has been involved in full time real estate valuation since early 1992 and has experience in numerous Central Ohio markets. He served as a staff appraiser at several local firms before forming AM Appraisals, Inc. with business partner J.M. Massey. Mike's background is in architecture which is the basis for offering consulting services in the area of residential design. His appraisal experience as well as product knowledge have also made him a specialist at valuating executive residences. Mike is also a regular contributing writer for Appraisal Scoop.com.
